Clem Barbarino has been consulting for both plaintiff and defense clients since he entered the structured settlement world in 1984. Clem previously was with Thomas Faulhaber & Associates, Inc. before joining Evergreen Structured Settlements in September 2021.
He has personally participated in negotiations nationwide for many kinds of personal injuries from minor to catastrophic. His expertise includes general liability, auto and truck liability, workers’ compensation, non-qualified employment cases and structuring attorney fees along with many other types of cases. Clem is available for mediations in person or virtually to develop settlement plans and bring an optimal resolution to both sides.
Clem holds life, health, and disability licenses in multiple states.
Clem graduated from the University of Miami, Florida in May 1982 with a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration. During that time, he was a four-year Varsity Letterman on the football team. In his spare time Clem enjoys spending time with his wife Tracy, grown children and grandchildren. Clem also enjoys football, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers, biking, yoga, and spending time on the beach.
